These two will be getting hitched in less than a month and we are all excited! Tim and Stephanie have been together for over five years and are ready to say “I Do” in front of all their family and friends! Read below for more of their story and their fun (and rainy) engagement photos!
How did you meet?
At Colombo’s Bar near Dogtown. Stephanie went to watch the Mizzou football game with a couple of friends. Around halftime, a team of rugby players strolled through the door to eat lunch after their morning games. Stephanie and her friends were playing their favorite bar game, Big Buck Hunter. Tim found this as a perfect opportunity to approach Stephanie. With an endearing smile and the world’s shortest shorts, he quickly won Stephanie’s attention.

On a trip to Colorado, we rode bikes from Frisco to Breckenridge. There was still ice on the path, and due to an ice trail, Tim lost control and wiped out. Luckily he was fine! We still continued on the 12 mile ride with a few stops at some local breweries.
How did he pop the question?
After about five years of dating, he proposed on the evening of Saint Patrick’s Day 2017. The morning and early afternoon was spent fly fishing on the White River in Branson, Missouri. After spending over five hours on the river, we stopped briefly at a local Irish pub to drink green beer and eat lunch. Then we rushed off to play golf at Top of the Rock, a Jack Nicklaus signature course. Unable to make the tee time, we settled for the gorgeous view of the Ozark Mountains at the Osage Restaurant. Before drinks or appetizers were ordered, Tim dropped to one knee and proposed. It was a complete surprise and we celebrated with a shot of Fireball!
What is your favorite thing about your fiancé?
Stephanie: I love his ambition and his dedication to his family
Tim: Stephanie is goal-oriented and we have fun together as friends.
How do you envision your wedding day?
A day full of wonderful memories with our loved ones and a night full of dancing with everyone we are closest to!
How did you decide on your venue?
Stephanie decided this one! Old Peace Chapel “captures her love for old shit,” according to Tim. Chandler Hill is a beautiful venue that specializes in our favorite drink…red wine.
Are there any special or family traditions you’ll be incorporating?
We will have a cookie table which is a Pittsburgh wedding tradition (where Stephanie’s family is from). We will also have ice cream as our main dessert (which we both love).
What are you looking forward to most about your wedding day?
Marrying each other while being around our family and closest friends
Follow us and stay tuned for their wedding on June 8th!
